Green time trumps screen time in limiting bad behaviour

“Quality family time spent outdoors could be the antidote to problematic child behaviors associated with screen use.”

Comment: While more research is needed, spending “green time” outdoors and with family seems to make good sense. Outdoor activities can promote more social interactions, physical activity, and l lower stress, all good things for students and adults.
